Typical browser implementations of <select multiple allow shift-click
to select all the items in a range (from the previous selection to the
location of the shift click), or control-a to select all of them.
This would be faster than selecting 25 items individually.

That said, selecting items individually in select multiple typically
requires control-click where regular clicks are sufficient for
checkboxes.
