It is not clear whether the previous beta installation was based around the 
initial GTK Ide one (zip file of j7w folder) or the jhs installer that installs 
as described in my previous post to you.

My advice, to bypass any miscommunications/misunderstandings of your current 
setup, would be to start fresh and do a standard install using the latest beta 
installer. The only reason I can see for unzipping rather than installing would 
be if your machine's security didn't let you run unknown installers.
