The problem you show with jal is an example of a more general problem with
old browser pages (old in the sense of either from an previous state of the
current jhs task or from a previous jhs task). I don't know how to fix this
and at this stage it is beyond the scope of the current release.

As you point out it is fairly easy to add tooltips to html elements.Future
releases could end up doing this for standard menu items. But I doubt the
current release will do this. Partly as I am somewhat against tool tips as
being an obtrusive nuisance. And partly because I don't think a short
tooltip in this particular case is enough more help than jal. In both cases
I think the new user will have to skim the help and the tooltip would not
have served a strong purpose.
