I am in the process of updating JOD for j701. One of most useful JOD verbs is "ed" which fetches a a word, (or many words), from JOD databases, formats them as a script, and then opens that script for editing in what was a wd (.ijs) window.
How do you open a script for editing in JGTK from the terminal session? I see the command on the JGTK menu so it must be buried in there somewhere. I would like something like: editverb 'c:/the/script/to/edit.ijs' or editverb 'some big long character list that just happens to be a j script' Extra points for doing exactly the same thing in the JHS environment - opening a new browser tab with an arbitrary script for editing. jdb -- John D.
