/hview rightswipe dismisses welcome script/

I tried but didn't succeed with this one, and it caused me to revisit my
complaint of not being able to switch hviews. I played with this some
more and found that I can get hviews to switch - but the gesture is one
finger, required MUCH longer and faster swipe than I expected. Even now
I can't do it reliably but have to take several slashes at it.

OK, now I'm freaked out! After writing the above, I tried it some more
to see if I was hallucinating and it was still not responding until I
started my swipes off the active screen area (either left or right) and
then the trick then worked reliably. Then, I thought it was working so
well that I tried gentle, very short, swipes in the middle of hview and
it behaved as advertised. Seems the iPad learned what I wanted to do (as
I say, it freaks me out...)

Anyway, it is VERY nice to be able to switch those views, especially
when combined with the view of the vocabulary page (where up and down
swipes work nicely to display the page). One thing I notice is that the
links on the vocabulary page are live, and will likely give access to
the detail pages if they are in ~user. They also display the whole path
to where they should be in the j folder - and this may be a security
issue. I don't see any problem with that, but Apple may not agree -- on
the other hand, it may be intentional to do things like make the help
pages conveniently available.

Another surprise to me was that when I got the swipes working in hview,
the vocabulary page was still there even though I had restarted J. That
is convenient, but causes me to wonder about accumulation of junk...

Wondering about that caused me to force quit j to verify the behavior
and what I found was that each restart had one less hview page in the
cache. After restarting several times, they had all disappeared and I
was left with the Welcome page. I had noticed before that upon starting
the Welcome page displayed, then went blank, and then reappeared. Seems
it may be related behavior.

I tried this again and confirmed that they disappear one at a time. Also
the "training swipes" seemed to be required to move between hviews. In
my last try, it took several gestures to get to the one remaining plot
from a prior session. After the swipe works once, it seems docile and
predictable. Very strange behavior to me.... But the results are nice.

Very clever solution to bulging buttons! Congrats.

However, uparrow still is in Hbutton.

/jy new verb for doing writehview/

OK, much easier to type and I agree it will be a commonly used command.

Thanks for all of this work which keeps looking better and better
(although I'm still grinding my teeth about ~user....)
