I actually uninstalled the 6.02 build, deleted the program folder, installed the 7/6 build clean, rescaned (including the erase existing data option) the db four times while resolving other issues.
Ok - could you please open a bug, and attach your iTunes.xml file (zipped), and one of the problem audio files (also zipped to preserve the accented filename / directory). http://bugs.slimdevices.com/ Did you use iTunes to originally rip one of the problem CDs?
