Nobody is answering over on the linux forum, so I'll ask here too: I'm having trouble playing ASX streams from NPR and Air America on my Fedora core 4 box using slimserver 6.2.b1 svn 4115. I've got both faad and ffmpeg installed according to the wiki and I've made what I think are the correct changes to convert.conf. My playlist for the NPR newscast looks like this:
#EXTM3U #EXTINF:-1,NPR Newscast http://www.npr.org/dmg/dmg.php?getNewsCast=true&NPRMediaPref=WM&getUnderwriting=1 When I attempt to play it, the log spits out: Code: -------------------- 2005-08-29 17:30:18.5243 Slim::Formats::Parse::readASX: WARNING: HASH(0xbc34d50) found in playlist: http://www.npr.org/dmg/dmg.php?getNewsCast=true&NPRMediaPref=WM&getUnderwriting=1 doesn't exist on disk - skipping! -------------------- Is this likly a problem with my setup, or does 6.2 have a problem wtih remote ASX content? -- gharris999 _______________________________________________ beta mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/beta
