Not really, unless you're willing to put the patch in manually (I'm happy to provide a sample, it will be a small change). The problem (IMHO) lies with the host, it's failing on a request which, while somewhat unusually formed, is perfectly legal. My guess is that an apache upgrade on their part will fix it.
