Regarding Reinoud's comments.
Why doesn't he just disable the Wake On Lan settings on his PC.
Then the SB wil behave as per firmware 15, the WOL packets will get
send out on the Network, but the PC will stay in standby.

Maybe I'm mis-understanding his post and therefore his problem.

"I have setup my Microsoft Server 2003 to allow wake on network
activity. I disabled the administrators wake on lan functionality. The
server is setup to go in standby mode after 1 minute of idle time."

Your running a server that you want to go into standby after 1 minute?
By definition a server is a machine that you want to keep up 100% of
the time if possible.

Also can you tell me more about disabling Wake-On-Lan functionality in
W2k03. If this fixes the sleep issue, it could provide Microsoft with
the info required to create a patch for the problem I'm seeing. I
currently have a call open with them and would like to provide more
feedback.
