Well, I'll display (a bit more of) my ignorance. I thought you had to designate a log file with the command-line switch --logfile [filespec]. I guess it never occured to me that if you don't do that, then SlimServer might keep an in-memory only log. Somebody else will have to answer whether that's the way it works. In any case, it should be easy enough to add the switch to the service's startup parameters.
