d_log doesn't exist (and should have caused the server to not even
start, giving you the help text)
try d_info and d_source
Also, whenever you have a crash of any kind, please report the actual
crash message. this is found in the event viewer on windows, if using
the service. It will also be the last thing in the console if you run
from a command line.
