So, once again ARTWORK does not show the album cover artwork but if the album is selected by Artist, Album or browse the music folder it does. There is only once instaned of this particualr album. There is one .jpg titled cover.jpg.
I thought I might be brave and download the latest beta version of 6.2 and low and behold at the end of the installation I get an error message that says: Error: Can't locate perl58.dll. Make sure the ACtive Perl bin diretory is in your PATH.
