I'm getting the same problem. It seems only to happen with music I've recently added to my library.
It isn't just the Browse Music Folder either. For me, if I try to search for the music contained in one of the folders that itsn't properly scanning in, I can't find the music at all. I've had some success renaming the folders or moving them into different folders. I don't know why this should work, but sometimes it does.
