I was doing a number of different things that might have caused it.
For one, I had installed AlienBBC and was trying it out to make sure
all my favorites still worked, e.g. tuning into several different Real
Audio streams (KQED, KALW, etc).
Then I went to RadioIO and tuned into the Ambient station. I believe
that's when I started running into problems. (I think.)
Ok.. I've been hearing reports of this crash, but have been unable to reproduce
it myself.
You should be able to proceed by removing your slimserversql.db file.
