I'm having similar troubles. The web interface and the menu on the
player are *extremely* slow. What's more, the music doesn't play so
much as "spurt". It sounds like it's struggling against network
traffic, but there's nothing else going on.

All of this started only with the recent server update. Prior to that I
didn't have any problems.

I'm running a Mac mini, 1 GB RAM and an original Slimp3 connected to a
Netgear wireless router. Any help in getting this sorted out would be
much appreciated.

In the meantime, is there a way to roll back a version or two of the
server software?
