Sorry, Dan. I'm not sure I understand. Scanner.pl, from the split-scanner branch, already seems to print the start and end times of the scan to stdout. What I'm looking for is a debug flag with the 6.5 trunk that will do the same thing: tell me when the start and end times of the scan take place so I can compare the scan times between 6.5b1 and the split-scanner branch. I was wondering if there was a debug flag that I could use with 6.5b1 that wouldn't impart a performace hit.
