uninstall and reinsall should do it.

as for searching for the bug, you'd have to search for resolved bugs as well. it was marked resolved after the original reporter was unable to reproduce after a clean install. My best guess is that the MP3::Info module involved in the crash is getting duplicated, there was a move at one point of all custom modules. this may have left some old copy behind when installing nightly after nightly. This is just a theory, as I don't haven't actually run a test to prove it.

In theory, all you need to do would be to get rid of c:\program files\slimserver\CPAN (not sure if that's exactly right, but it should end in CPAN ) to clean out all the old modules, then install over that. If that works, then even more likely proves my theory.
