please watch the checkins mailing list, or use CIA. Then you'd already
know that Dan put in a major rework to rely heavily on css for the
Default skin, and that it is a work in progress. I have added some
further changes to move a few more pages to use css as well since the
initial change. You may also see some browser caching, etc etc etc
