I've just started using 6.5 Beta and updated to FW29 last night. I didn't even reset to factory defaults - just pressed-and-held the brightness key and voila`: works like a charm.
I've been streaming crossfaded FLAC's for hours without issue. I'll post my results in the bug forum if needed.
