I don't believe it is possible to have 2 SB2's or a combination of SB2/SB'3 using different firmware versions connecting to the same Slimserver.
In fact I think the was an issue a while back where SqueezeNetwork used to downgrade peoples SB'2 every time they connected as it was on an older FW version.
