OK, I've now uninstalled 6.5, reinstalled 6.2, updated the firmware on my SB and have ensured that I have no 'unofficial' plug-ins installed, i.e. the exact setup that it was 'out of the box'. However, the SB keeps freezing, both in audio playback and during menu navigation. Any ideas?
