The problem is that one of your installed plugins are using the "Slim::Music::Info::infoFormat()" function which existed in slimserver 6.2.*. In slimserver 6.5 this function has been moved and no longer exist, in the 6.5 release you should instead be using the "Slim::Music::TitleFormatter::infoFormat()" function.
