nothing looks amiss here. Fishbone skin doens't use skin.css yet, so the failure to find is expected. I did see a blank screen when I was testing last night, but that was due to a failure to parse the skinconfig.yml file, and there is no mention of that in this log. I'd still suggest a caching issue (the css stuff seems to make caching into a real nuisance)
