I applied 6.5b1 as an update with firmware 35 now showing on the Squeezebox and as a result every so often the Slim Server simply stops.
You can then restart it with no problems until it stops again - sometimes it will run for just a few minutes or sometimes it'll play for an hour or so. In the Windows event log it shows this less than helpful message: "The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( Application ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: internal inconsistency: event should have been found at /PerlApp/POE/Queue/Array.pm line 221." Anybody got any ideas?
