[CAVEAT]I don´t use Itunes[end CAVEAT] but when other people have had this or a similar problem, it´s been solved by making sure they clear both the Music Library AND playlist setting on the Server Setting page, then enabling Use Itunes. Also, Slimserver doesn't like it if you store your playlists in a non Itunes standard / default place or if they have accented characters (a bug's been raised for this).
