I'm also seeing stuttering on my SB1's using 6.5 on windows. Whenever the server updates a web page or random play makes a new selection then the buffer empties and playback stutters. This doesn't affect my SB2's so I guess their larger buffer is coveringing up the problem.
I'm not sure if this is related to your problem but I suspect it is.
