Unfortunately, that is the one that isn't so easy to determine. On some systems, a clean uninstall and reinstall does the trick. On others, it is due to something else inherently unstable, like ram or hard drive cache. Strange that this appears to be tied to browse artwork, as opposed to any other browse mode.
