Yes, I can see that folder.  I run from Tortoise SVN, and can see that the 
Podcast folder is up to date.

Curiously, when I run the plugin from the command line with perl slimserver.pl 
-d_plugins, the plugin is loaded.  I can see the podcast browser in the web ui, 
and the podcast pluggin section in server settings.

When I run slimserver as a service, the podcast plugin is not loaded.

I need to change my registry settings to pass the d_plugins script into srvany. 
 I'll do this later - I'm on the way out right now.

I've always been curious why the debug switches, which can be turned on/off 
through server settings, are not remembered between server restarts.
