While we're on this, but considering the current architecture - I was wondering whether we really want idleStreams to handle all sockets on the select vectors. This increases the chance of handling a new web page in the middle of processing another. Would a reduced set for idleStreams be approriate (easy option being just the write vector? but ideally just the streaming ones?)
