I'd roll back to about r7498, which was just before all of the split-scanner merges today. At least until some of the dust settles. I believe the binaries for MySQL 5.0.19 are in the revisions that you've downloaded, but I imagine you'll either need to run the installer and install SlimServer anew, or figure out how to turn the binaries into a service. Or, you can get one step ahead of the game and install MySQL now and be ready. I just upgraded my installation from 4.1 to 5.0.21. It helps a lot to be on the checkins mailing list.
