Tonight's nightly, but it won't fix the issue you're having.
Run with --d_directstream and --d_parse to assist with
finding out what's wrong.
Ran the debug but I can't tell from the log what's wrong:

Ah now this is an interesting problem I hadn't considered since I
don't run SlimServer on the same PC as Rhapsody. So, the problem is
that your SB can't find a Rhapsody server at 127.0.0.1 which is
localhost. I'll see about a fix for this. For now you could try
running Rhapsody on a different machine from SlimServer.
