slap in a border around two nested divs...and I still wonder why there
is space between them.
Anyone into some pain and suffering, I'd be very happy to accept a
patch that lines up the divs(both default and fishbone) without hanging
off past the right side of the browser window, or require top: -#px; to
properly find the bottom edge of the div above.
