SlimServer should detect all servers on a LAN automatically soon after they start up. If for some reason you are firewalling your internal LAN connections, try disabling your internal firewall. There are several standard UPnP ports but Rhapsody also starts up an HTTP server on a random high port number that changes every time Rhapsody is restarted.
