Grabbed the latest change and noted the following from the UPnP output: Multiple requests were made because 4 new devices (from the same IP address) are detected on startup - Internet Gateway Device, WANDevice, WANConnectionDevice, and GST-Router. You were correct about the router being the source of my problem but I thought I had turned off UPnP. Will need to recheck those settings.
