What about having UPnP left disabled if the Rhapsody plugin is disabled? Is there any other need for UPnP if Rhapsody isn't in use?

In 6.5, we can use any generic UPnP device, so I don't think that's the right approach. For 6.3 maybe, but I think --noupnp will work there just fine too. Most people won't need it.
