It is XP Pro at all latest patches and updates. The problem didn't happen again when I scanned. Not sure if I rebooted. I did have my PC reboot itself twice recently during scans.
Since I've been spending way to much time tweaking things lately, I decided to go back and try 6.3 again now that 6.3.1 is out. So far that has been pretty stable for me.
