Hi there I have a suse 10 install and had been running 6.3.1 without
problems and had used the following thread to get it to start
automatically under suse.

http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=22156&highlight=starting+automatically+linux

Now the above script doesn't appear to work under suse.

the etc/rc.d/init.d/slimserver file in the rpm also uses the .
/etc/rc.d/init.d/functions and . /etc/sysconfig/network
both of which don't exist under suse. I belive although not expert
that the suse equivalent of the functions is rc_status not sure what
the equivalent of . /etc/sysconfig/network is.

Any help on a working suse startup script would be greatly
appreciated.

Regards

Mike
