If only one plugin implements the mixer function for the selected item, the mixer is automatically launched. 2. If more than one plugin implements the mixer function, you will first get to select which mixer to launch and when you have selected a mixer it will launch that one.
I have not verified that this works with Music IP, but when I have both TrackStat and DynamicPlayList enabled I get to choose which one of them to launch after holding play button down.
