That's interesting. My guess is that it's a problem with your radiotime userid. Changing only the userid in your url to http://opml.radiotime.com/Index.aspx?username=smc2911 works fine in a web browser, whereas yours does not, as you indicated. Are you able to log into the radiotime website? Have you set a timezone? (I'm guessing a bit wildly there: I set mine before I tried anything else but other than that have no particular reason to suspect it could cause problems).
