Found what looks to be a bug I had duplicate song listings in SlimServer as the songs were in different locations. I deleted one of the songs from WIndows Explorer. Later on opended up SlimServer (without rescanning) and clicked play on the deleted song.
I get numerous instances of Transport Errors now (my own fault), however I think that SlimServer should be able to communicate a better error message, then proceed to rescan or verify the song list again.
