ExBrowse3 has been broken for a long time (see numerous bugzilla
reports). The author needs to do some work on it. We're hoping it
will make it for 6.5
if not, the skin will be disabled as it was for some part of earlier
6.5 work.
to get back to any skin of choice you can always type in:
http://<serverip>:9000/<skinname>
eg: http://localhost:9000/Default/
