Can you please attach an example file and reopen bug 4026. I don't have a 48/24 WAV file for testing, but did test this with 96/24 WAV on Transporter. I suggest you create a new bug to track this issue, but it is very unlikey this will be fixed in the 6.5 release. You might be able to modify the convert.conf file to make this work correctly.
