The print dialog problem has happened to me before. That why I needed to know was it local to my machine or was it affecting other people. It seems that yesterday's nightly is causing the print dialog to appear on other people's machine, so it may be something to do with the command being used to open the .url file.
I also tried clicking on the .url file and it opened in IE as expected. I also spent ages trying to find the fix, but Google di not bring up anythin relevant in it search results.
