I can confirm this happens in 6.2 and in 6.3.1 too. I've tried setting it to the opposite value and back again, in case something got overwritten somewhere but to no effect. I am also only seeing the currently playing track in the playlist display in the web inerface, but I suspect this may be unrelated - as it only started doing this with 6.3.1.
