I looked over the previous thread and I'm not sure I saw any indication that you've tried the following things:
Other radio stations. Do they work? Here is a high-bandwidth 160kbps station: http://207.200.96.226:8038/ What does your buffer fullness display show? In 6.5.1 it will be "XX seconds" and indicate how many seconds of audio are in the buffer, i.e. how long it would play if you killed the network. As a test you can pause the stream and watch this value increase. Have you tried increasing the Radio Station Buffer Seconds value under Server Settings -> Network?
