(or really any time). As of the logging checkin, it isn't really for
"just users". It should be used by those who are willing and able to
take part in the process. Otherwise it is a distracting noise, not to
mention a complete waste if you don't want any developer to pay
attention to what you are saying.
If you find the cause, you'll be helping everyone and you will also
answer your own question as to whether or not others will be seeing
the same problem. I leave you to sit in a corner now, and you can take
a deep breath before you start typing expletives again.
