I've experienced this a couple of times recently with 6.5.1 nightly builds - in all cases (I believe) when I have stopped Slimserver via the tray icon for some reason and then restarted it.
I can resolve the issues by rebooting the computer entirely. I don't think it is a virus scanning issue because Slimserver works fine.
