Here's the log of a rescan (with scan debugging set to debug via the web interface and without a server restart after the setting change - not sure if it worked or not):
Please set the scan debugging option to Debug as well. There have been changes to the SQL schema which require a full rescan. Are you using an external MySQL instance?
