I generally use SQLyog to play with MySQL databases like that used by SlimServer. http://www.webyog.com/en/downloads.php Stop SlimServer first. Then once you connect SQLyog to your database server, it's just a matter of right-clicking on the 'slimserver' database and selecting 'Empty Database...'.
