Just bought a Mac Mini last week and upgraded the SS to 6.5.1 connecting to 1 Transporter & 1 SB3. WOL is perfectly okay on SB3 however I found the same problem & procedure described above (press left arrow, scroll down & choose connect to MacMini) on Transporter.
